On May 4, 2010, the Federal Communications Commission released an order referring to the Federal-State Joint Board on Universal Service questions regarding eligibility, verification, and outreach rules for the universal service low-income programs. The Joint Board seeks public comment on the questions presented in the Referral Order. Interested parties may file comments on or before July 15, 2010, and reply comments on or before July 30, 2010.
