OH: New Bill Introduced SB 117

The OK Chapter of the Alliance for Community Media
Central States chapter has sent out the following news
item.

A NEW video franchising bill has been introduced in
the Ohio State Senate, SB 117.

The bill can be found on the Ohio State web site.

Access supporters in Ohio will be planning a response
to this new proposed bill.
